Currently, I started a new Church Plant in Kennewick, Washington where we have lived for 45 years. In March of 2020, I clearly and distinctly heard the Lord’s call to Pastor. In the past when asked or strongly suggested by others to pastor I always replied to them, “I am NOT Pastor material. I have not been called to pastor and was not going to step out of my office, I felt led to be an Evangelist; just because folks would tell me that I should be a pastor, or that I had a Pastor’s heart didn’t mean I was! I would always reassure them that unless I heard the Lord say, “Go and Pastor,” then and only then will I answer the Call of God.
WELL, I heard the Lord CLEARLY say, “GO Do This Because I Say You Can,” and I answered the Lord’s call in March of 2021, one year later!!! The Lord called me into a Pastoral Level of Ministry and a Church Plant during this COVID-19 pandemic time frame. HIS timing is not my timing. It took me one year of careful study and prayer before I answered The Call to Pastor.
On March 6, 2021, I started a new Church Plant and Pastoring with a group of hurting people that needed a pastor and a Church home. Our first church services started on SKYPE. The people stated that they wanted to be a part of the new Church plant. Church services were regularly provided online every Saturday morning, and prayer was available every Wednesday evening.
The Lord is Blessing in a Mighty Way!!! We are NOW having regular church services every Sunday morning at the Red Lion Hotel. This Church Plant is going to be a major success for the Kingdom of God!
I AM COMMITTED TO TEACH AND PREACH THE WHOLE COUNSEL OF GOD.
Luke 5:4-6
4 When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”
5 But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.”
6 And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.
Mark your calendars for these great events coming up.
